Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days through the original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.

Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
