Bangkok Bootery have a two years warranty on leather and one-year warranty on accessories, starting from the date of purchase and covering defects in material and workmanship.
By registering your purchased item within 30 days from purchase you will obtain our warranty service.
Return Policy
A defective product is defined as a product that:
- is unfit for its intended purposes due to manufacturing or design flaws
- has been damaged in the store prior to purchase
- does not comply with advertising or labelling statements made about the product.
We do not accept exchange/returns in the following situations:
- Products not purchased from Bangkok Bootery.
- The product was opened or used (do not include allergic reaction)
- Product damage or packaging damage due to improper handle by the customer.
How To Dispatch And Return Policy
We are sorry that you have been experiencing problem with your new exotic product or accessories.
- Until 3 days after receiving the product, can apply for returning it, and must inform us via [email protected] email.
- Bangkok Bootery return policy covering material and workmanship only, not any other things like changing color or size.
- If you carefully wrap and package the item in a safe box and return to our head office (don’t declare the value of product on the box).
- Our craftsmen will put it through an examination to determine source of problem, Your note will be helpful to recognize the problem. If the problem turn out to be a minor adjustment, then we shall make the repair and return the exotic item to your door step within 21 days.
- If our determination is that item is defective, we will send you a replacement within 21 days.
- Your money is not refundable, only can exchange the product with another desirable product.
Note that Bangkok Bootery team recommend to follow rules and policies while dispatching and posting by “economy post”, neither Fedex, DHL nor express post. Post charges shall be borne by the sender.
Money Refund and Shipping Cost Refund
In some cases that Bangkok Bootery team can NOT fulfil the duty, we accept to refund your payment. If your condition match the money refund criteria, Not total of your primary payment will be refunded to you as there is shipping cost and 3% bank transfer charges that will be calculated and deducted before refunding your money.
